5 star end to end experience
We ordered the Palette Tote Bag. Jayden Barry managed our order. The whole process from product enquiry and design to receiving the bags were seamless and quick.
Each time we had a question, Jayden was quick to respond.

Used Flashbay for the first time
Used Flashbay for the first time and the experience from start to finish was awesome. My rep Olivia made the process so easy. She responded quickly to my inquiry, provided all the necessary info (cost, delivery time etc). The whole process from start to finish was great. Definitely would order from them again if the need ever arises.

AMAZING Costumer Service
Olivia was phenomenal to work with. She was extremely quick in her replies and made herself available for any questions or concerns we might have. She sent a sample of the product we were inquiring about and I literally received it within 48 hours. Olivia also shared that she could beat competitor pricing and after ordering followed up right away to ensure satisfaction.
