Service was as good as a 5 star hotel. Super fast, she understood quickly our need and delivered before the due date a perfect set of tote bags. We are more than happy and will for sure come back to flashbay in the coming year for more merch ! Thanks a lot Rachel and your team :)

Great products and customer service
Jayden’s customer service and enthusiasm from the very onset was truly awesome. We had a rushed order that Jayden gave us the confidence would be delivered on time for our event - and indeed it was. We’ll definitely be ordering more printed merch from flashbay! The quality of their products are great too.

Would 100% recommend to all!
It was great experience to order from Flashbay. The delivery was so quick. Max Tumpson was very helpful to help us get the gifts for our nonprofit event on time. I would've not been able to get the custom items this quick and high quality as I did with FlashBay!

Tote bag and excellence
I am an artist trying to break into a tough market. Finding Flashbay was a game changer. Olivia Gordet is amazing to deal with, getting me through the design and pricing I could afford. She was patient and the product is outstanding. In a world where customer service is often sadly lacking everyone needs more Olivia ! I hope to be back to reorder.

From start to finishing of products
I used them for my branded bags for my first major event! From start to finishing of products , I received quick responses to my questions. I received samples before order which was awesome! Excellent service. I am very happy with the quality of the product. Thank you!
